With the HTB (shown), time, pressure, and temperature are completely controlled in the sealing area, forming part of the continuously adaptive flow of the machine, which can utilize traditional and eco-sustainable materials. Candy Depositor

The machine offers wrapping speeds of up to 250 bars/min and is able to control each individual operation, providing flexibility and accuracy, to match the specifications of both the product’s physical requirements and the packaging material’s characteristics. This is done in a much smaller footprint than mechanical equipment that performs relatively the same tasks. The result is a solution that’s easy to maintain and install within existing production lines.

Visitors will see the HTB chocolate bar wrapping machine run double-wrapped bars; a sealed aluminum wrapper sleeved within a pre-cut chipboard cover.

Sacmi Packaging & Chocolate will also debut the VPS25C continuous motion vf/f/s packaging machine designed to meet demands for high speeds while maintaining flexibility.

Extremely compact, the machine is made entirely of stainless steel, it is easy to clean and maintain and is designed for quick changeovers. With a broad application range, the VPS25C can cover the most diverse packaging styles (pillow block bottom, Quattro seal, hidden fin seal, Euro hole, block bottom).

Additionally, Sacmi will host an area dedicated to the latest developments in its digital and sustainability-driven rigid packaging and beverage range of equipment .
